Imphal, Manipur, September 19 (HBTV): A bomb blast occurred around 12:57 AM the previous night in Sangaiprou Mamang Leikai of Imphal West near the FCI godown, causing significant damage to three houses nearby. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.

Nearby residents reported finding bomb splinters inside their homes and believe the bomb was detonated from an unknown location.

Manipur Police and FCI security personnel arrived quickly at the scene to investigate. The source and motive behind the blast remain under investigation.

Shaken by the incident, local residents are calling for heightened security in the area.
