Gorakhpur (Uttar Pradesh) [India], December 1 (HBTV): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath held a 'Janta Darshan' at the Gorakhnath Temple in Gorakhpur on Sunday, where he listened to public grievances and directed officials to resolve their issues promptly.

During the event, the chief minister was seen engaging with the attendees and providing guidance to the administrative team.

In preparation for the upcoming Maha Kumbh 2025 in Prayagraj, the Uttar Pradesh government has launched initiatives to enhance the city’s beauty and facilities. A press release on Saturday highlighted plans to create a visually stunning and aromatic atmosphere for millions of expected devotees.

The beautification drive includes large-scale floral arrangements, with a budget allocation of INR 7.55 crore. Seasonal flowers will adorn 26,225 pots, and expansive flower beds will be created to captivate visitors. Decorative plants will also line the banks of the Ganga in the fair area, contributing to a serene environment as part of a broader cleanliness and beautification initiative.

As part of the preparations, CM Yogi is scheduled to visit Prayagraj to inspect construction work for Maha Kumbh 2025. He will also inaugurate the newly constructed control room building of the Municipal Corporation, which will house a Solid Waste Management Unit, Grievance Control Room, and Smart City Office.

This follows a similar 'Janta Darshan' program held on November 11 near the Gorakhnath Temple, where the chief minister addressed public grievances and performed 'gau seva' during his visit to the temple premises.
