Panchkula (Haryana) [India], March 7 (HBTV): Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini stated that the government's goal is to present a budget that fosters prosperity for every citizen of the state. He made these remarks following the conclusion of the two-day 'pre-budget consultation' meeting held in Panchkula.

The Chief Minister encouraged MLAs to submit their suggestions in writing to ensure that all perspectives are captured. ‘We are committed to creating a budget that reflects the needs and aspirations of our people,’ he added.

Key areas discussed during the meeting included road infrastructure, sports facilities, water supply, electricity, transport, industrial development, optimal utilization of government properties, promoting natural farming practices, eradicating the drug network, rehabilitating addicts, equitable irrigation water distribution, digitization of government departments, accommodation facilities for officers, addressing cybercrime, capacity building, and traffic management.

Haryana Vidhan Sabha Speaker Harvinder Kalyan, all Ministers, MLAs, Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi, CM's Chief Principal Secretary Rajesh Khullar, and senior government officials were present at the meeting.

The Chief Minister highlighted that the state government has been actively engaging with various stakeholders through pre-budget consultations to align the budget with the aspirations of the people.
