Prayagraj (Uttar Pradesh), February 13 (HBTV): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath convened a meeting early Wednesday morning at his official residence, 5 Kalidas Marg, to oversee the arrangements for the Magh Purnima Snan Parv in Prayagraj, according to a statement.

Accompanied by senior officials, including the Director General of Police (DGP), Principal Secretary of Home, and members of the Chief Minister's Secretariat, CM Yogi monitored live updates on TV and issued real-time instructions to ensure smooth execution of the arrangements.

Earlier, CM Yogi had also held a similar meeting during the Basant Panchami Amrit Snan, starting at 3:30 a.m., to ensure the event’s smooth conduct.

The Chief Minister focused on reviewing security and logistical arrangements for the Magh Purnima Snan, aiming to ensure that devotees faced no inconveniences and were provided optimal facilities. He also viewed live footage of crowd movement, administrative coordination, and infrastructure management across Prayagraj, including Mahakumbh Nagar.

CM Yogi directed officials to maintain strict security at the bathing sites and make all necessary arrangements for the devotees. He emphasized the importance of improving administrative preparedness, particularly in the areas of security and traffic management, to ensure a smooth experience for the millions of devotees expected at Triveni Sangam.
