Tuensang readies for Dr T Ao Trophy: Town ordered to clear all debris, obstructions

The deputy commissioner of Tuensang, LithronglaTongpi Rutsa has informed the public of Tuensang town to clear the roads within the town areas of any obsolete objects, vehicles, and materials.

Tuensang, Nagaland, September 11 (HBTV): The deputy commissioner of Tuensang, LithronglaTongpi Rutsa has informed the public of Tuensang town to clear the roads within the town areas of any obsolete objects, vehicles, and materials. This is in view of the forthcoming of Dr. T Ao Trophy, which is commencing from September 17, 2024.     

In this regard, the administration has issued an order, according to updates from the Information of Public Relations department.  

‘All off- road vehicles which are parked on the roadside within the town area should be removed immediately. Failure to do so will compel the authority to seize and tow the vehicle and the expenses incurred would be borne by the vehicle owner,’ the IPR stated.

‘Building and construction materials that are kept on the roadside should be removed immediately. Failure to comply will invite penalty/fines.’  

‘Removal and clearance of the aforementioned objects/vehicles should be completed on or before 12th September,’ the IPR stated.

The authority will carry out inspection on September 13, 2024 the updates stated.
