Peren, Nagaland, September 11 (HBTV):  A two-day workshop in basic sound systems management for Jalukie sector churches, organised by the Liangmai Baptist Association and Town Baptist Church of Dimapur commenced at the Liangmai Baptist Church in New Jalukieon on September 10. The training was hosted by New Jalukie Baptist Church. 

The trainees were taught about the various components of a sound systems, microphone, mixer, power of amplifier loudspeaker etc. The resource person spoke about the sound quality of audio signals and its output from speaker systems. They urged the churches to improve their infrastructure and systems to get good sound.

The resource persons were Rev. Vilodi Sakhrie from Town Baptist Church of Dimapur and pastor and mission coordinator of Tsizolie Angami from the Town Baptist Church of Dimapur. They were assisted by Petekhrielie Sakhrie, sound engineer; and Vimesa, expert assistant. 

In the first phase of training,it was attended by Representatives from New Jalukie Baptist Church, Jalukie Town Baptist Church, Jalukie B, Samjiuram, Bayavu Church, KLBC D Block of Kohima. New Jalukie E block, Mhainamtsi, Dimapur and Nkwarew Baptist Church.
