Highlighting concerns over absenteeism among committee members and non-compliance by Administrative Heads of Departments and Heads of Departments, he urged strict adherence to responsibilities.

Kenye called for the resignation of committee members who fail to attend meetings due to repeated quorum issues and criticized the practice of junior officers representing senior officials in crucial Assembly sessions. He stressed that all recommendations made by the committees must be given due importance, ensuring governance remains transparent and effective.
